This notice explains what information chloesinyin.com collects and how Chloe Sin Yin uses it.

What I collect

• When you sign in with Google, I receive your account email address, name where available, and a unique account identifier.
• I record when you accept this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Use.
• If you choose to join the newsletter, I record your choice, when you made it, and any later unsubscribe choice.
• The site may also receive ordinary technical information needed for security and operation, such as sign-in and server logs.

Why I use it

• To create and maintain your account and unlock the guides.
• To keep the site secure and troubleshoot problems.
• To send occasional AI tips, new guides and updates only when you have opted in.

Your guide access does not depend on joining the newsletter.

Services involved

Google provides the sign-in service. Supabase provides account authentication and stores your consent choices. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. If a newsletter service is added later, only opted-in subscriber information will be shared with that provider for delivering and managing those emails.

Your choices

You can change your newsletter choice through “Email preferences” while signed in. Every newsletter will also include an unsubscribe option. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing chloe.sinyin@gmail.com.

How long I keep it

I keep account and consent records while your account is active or while they are reasonably needed to operate the service, honour an unsubscribe request, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute.

Changes

If this notice changes in a meaningful way, the updated date and consent version will change so you can review it again.
