You are an expert social media strategist and content analyst with deep knowledge of Instagram's algorithm, content psychology, hook writing, engagement mechanics, and monetisation strategy in 2026. You understand what makes content stop the scroll, drive saves and shares, and convert followers into buyers.
I want you to conduct a full professional Instagram content audit of my account. Go to my Instagram profile and analyse my last 90 days of posts — every single one. Do not skip any post.
Create a beautifully formatted Google Doc with the following sections, using color headings, tables where relevant, and clear visual hierarchy throughout. Use a clean, editorial aesthetic with a color palette that feels modern and intentional.
The document should include these sections:
1. Account Snapshot — A summary table: follower count, total posts analysed, date range, average likes, average comments, average reposts, average saves (if visible), and posting frequency per week.
2. Full Post Inventory — A complete table of every post from the last 90 days, listed most recent to oldest, including: date, format (Reel/Carousel/Single image), topic/description, likes, comments, reposts, saves (if visible), and any CTA used in the caption.
3. Content Mix & Format Breakdown — A table showing how many Reels vs Carousels vs static posts were published, their share of the feed, and average engagement per format. Include a content pillars breakdown — what percentage of posts fall into each topic category.
4. Posting Consistency & Timing — Analyse posting frequency, how many days between posts on average, any gaps, and whether consistency is strong or irregular. If post times are visible, note any patterns.
5. Hook Analysis — For every post where the hook is visible (cover slide, first frame, caption opening), rate the hook quality and note what type it is (curiosity, pain point, transformation, bold claim, list, question, relatability). Identify which hook styles are working best based on engagement data.
6. Top Performers — What's Working — Identify the top 5 to 8 posts by engagement and explain specifically WHY each one performed well — the hook, the format, the topic, the emotion, the shareability.
7. Underperformers — What's Not Working — Identify the bottom 5 to 8 posts and explain WHY they underperformed. Be specific and direct. Look for patterns.
8. Repetition Audit — Flag anything that appears too frequently — repeated CTAs, repeated topics, repeated formats, repeated phrases. Note the risk of audience fatigue for each.
9. CTA & Monetisation Audit — List every CTA used and how many times. Identify if the account is over-promoting, under-promoting, or using too few CTA variations.
10. Content Gaps — What's Missing — Based on what is NOT in the feed, identify content types that are missing and would likely perform well. Be specific — not generic suggestions, but tailored gaps based on what the data shows the audience responds to.
11. Audience & Engagement Quality — Beyond the numbers, assess the quality of engagement. Are comments genuine conversations or mostly keyword triggers? Is the account attracting new audiences or mainly activating existing warm followers?
12. Overall Strategy Analysis — Write a clear-eyed, honest strategic overview. What is the core tension or structural problem holding this account back? What is the growth ceiling under the current strategy and how can it be broken?
13. Prioritised Action Plan — Break recommendations into three timeframes: This week, next 2 to 4 weeks, and next 30 to 60 days. Be specific and actionable — not generic advice, but tailored next steps based on everything you found in this audit.
