The exact setup I use so every AI photo actually looks like me.
Quick heads up: Soul ID needs a paid Higgsfield plan (Basic or above). You set it up once and reuse it forever, so for me it paid off fast.
What you'll need
- A Higgsfield account on a paid plan (Basic+)
- 5 to 20 clear photos of your face
Best photos to use (this makes or breaks it)
- Different angles: front on, slight side, looking up and down
- Different lighting: bright daylight, indoors, softer light
- Just your face, clear and in focus, no heavy filters
- No sunglasses, and no other faces in the shot
- More variety = a more accurate you
The steps
- In Higgsfield, open the Soul / Characters section and choose to 'Create character'.
- Upload your 5 to 20 photos.
- Give your Soul a name (one word is easiest to find later).
- Pick the type: Higgsfield Soul 2.0 for images, Higgsfield Soul Cinema if you mainly want video.
- Hit 'create' and wait a few minutes while it builds your face.
- Done! When you generate an image, just select your Soul and your real face shows up, consistent, every time.
My tips
- Train once, reuse it on every shoot. No more re-uploading a reference photo.
- If a result looks off, retrain with sharper, better-lit photos.
- Start with 10 to 15 photos. That's my sweet spot.
