1. Describe your desktop to Claude and paste Prompt 1
Look at your desktop and list out what's on it. Then paste the prompt below and fill in the details about your files and what you do. Claude will read everything and come up with a clean folder structure for you.

I'm going to describe what's on my desktop and you'll help me organize it. Here's everything on my desktop: [list files and folders]. I'm a [your job/role]. Create a clean folder structure that matches how I actually work, with no more than 5 top-level folders - One for Content, one of editing and assets , one for Admin & business. 2. Review the folder structure Claude proposes
Before Claude moves anything, it will show you exactly what folders it plans to create and where each file goes. Read through it carefully and make sure it makes sense for how you work. If you want to change anything, just tell Claude and it will adjust.
3. Put the plan into action
If you’re using Claude in a normal chat, move the files yourself using the plan. If you’re using a version of Claude with access to your folders, review its proposed changes before letting it move anything. Keep a backup and don’t ask it to delete files.
